General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – ZÉANOIR Online Shop

  1. SCOPE AND PROVIDER
     These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders that you place as a private customer in the online shop of
     Sari Beauty Cosmetics GmbH (CHE-470.419.702), Schulstrasse 169, 8105 Regensdorf, Switzerland
     under the domain www.zeanoir.com .
     Our deliveries and services are provided exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order.

The online service is aimed at persons aged 18 years and over who are legally competent and resident in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.

  1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
    The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue.
     By clicking the button “order with payment” you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
     Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via email. The purchase contract is only concluded upon shipment of the goods.

  2. RESERVATION OF TITLE
     The goods remain the property of Sari Beauty Cosmetics GmbH until full payment is received. The company reserves the right to register a retention of title in the public register.

  3. PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS, MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
    All prices are in CHF and include VAT. Shipping costs are CHF 7.90. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 50.00. There is no minimum order value. Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is via Swiss Post.

  4. PAYMENT TERMS
     Payment methods such as credit card, Twint, or other available options are displayed during the ordering process. Any fees (e.g., for Twint or credit cards) are borne by the customer. The charge is made upon completion of the order.

  5. DELIVERY
     Delivery to the specified address will be made within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Partial deliveries are possible. Express or Saturday shipping is not offered.

  6. RETURN POLICY
    Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of shipment. Returns are at your own expense. Returns can only be made via the contact form on www.zeanoir.com . Refunds may be subject to a shipping fee deduction if the remaining order value is less than CHF 50.

  7. INSPECTION OBLIGATION AND COMPLAINTS
     Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Obvious damage or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 3 calendar days. After this period, warranty claims expire, to the extent permitted by law.

  8. LIABILITY
    Sari Beauty Cosmetics GmbH excludes liability for simple negligence – to the extent permitted by law. In particular, no liability is assumed for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of data.

  9. DATA PROTECTION
     By placing your order, you consent to the use of your personal data for order processing. You can find the privacy policy at www.zeanoir.com/datenschutz.

  10. FINAL PROVISIONS
         Sari Beauty Cosmetics GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Swiss substantive law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. In the event of any ambiguities, the German text of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
